#What is caffeine?
Caffeine is nitrogenous organic compound of the alkaloid group. It is addictive stimulant for the central nervous system and found in

many plants such as tea, coffee, and cocoa. Plants create caffeine as a pesticide, to paralyze and kill the insects feeding on them. While caffeine in its pure form is the chemical standard for bitterness, it is added to some soft drinks such as colas for its taste.
Pure caffeine (trimethylxanthine) occurs as a white powder or as silky needles. It melts at 238° C and sublimes at 178° C at atmospheric pressure. It is odourless but has a bitter taste.

1) Stimulates central nervous system, heart, respiratory system, blood circulation.
2) Raises the level of fatty acid in the blood and blood pressure.
3) Causes messages to be passed along your nervous system more quickly
